Our first studio recording ever, record at Dynamo Studio by Stef. From this period (around 1989) a special Asrai calligraphy was designed by Elmo van Slingerland. The drawing was made by Hans Kievit and blend into our first design by Bert.

Our second recording, again on tape and again recorded by Stef at Dynamo.

Six songs where recorded and put on both sides of the tape which was released around '91

Asrai's 3rd recording. This third tape; Love is a Lie" was recorded at studio "Het Pand" by Frits in '92. Again six songs were recorded.

All songs on both sides. Included was an Asrai logo sticker. We had a photoshoot with Carla v d Marel and again Bert made a nice piece of artwork.

In 1993 Asrai was asked to do a live show for a recording, wich was put on tape.

It was recorded at Via Ritmo and afterwards mixed by Camille and Asrai

This tape was recorded in '94 as preparation for a cd recording, and was send only to record companies and venues. It's design included a biography and bandphoto. At the same time the guitar and bassplayer decided to quit after eight years. Later on, when we've a new guitar and bassplayer, the tape was redesigned and also sold at gigs to anounce the upcomming cd "As voices speak" with similar artwork.
